We have support from many local groups and below are details of some of them.
The Burton Ukulele Band
Need a little light entertainment for your local event? The Burton Ukulele Band is available for performances. Music includes old favourites from the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s plus Beatles-era, UK and American folk songs.
With up to 10 members usually available for 10 to 60 minute performances, a reasonable donation is requested – which is passed on to the Friends of Burton Manor Gardens fund. For further information telephone Neil Johnstone on 0151 336 7332 or see the Burton Ukulele Band’s website: burtonuke.wordpress.com or e-mail [email protected]

Burton Manor Bowmen offer ‘Archery Have a Go’s’ and taster sessions in the Victorian Orchard at Burton Manor using a mixture of traditional bow types in keeping with the surroundings where, for a nominal fee, adults and children are introduced to the sport with equipment and tuition provided.
